Class Policy

Students may schedule their first class through our booking system.

All future classes must be scheduled directly with your assigned tutor to ensure smooth coordination.

Please notify your tutor at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a class.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the class being charged.

Classes will start and end at the scheduled times.

If a student arrives late, the class will still end at the originally scheduled time.

All payments must be made before the first class of your package.

Packages are non-transferable and must be completed within the validity period (2 months for 5-hour packages, 4 months for 10-hour packages).

Refunds are not available once a class package has been purchased.

Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances, at our discretion.

Please maintain direct communication with your tutor regarding class schedules, homework, and any questions about your learning process.
